I ordered this design as a print as it's one of my favourite Edmund Dulac pieces, was instantly disappointed by the low quality and high degree of artifacts of the print. I know this is an old piece of art and the scan is probably coming from a smaller book illustration, but imo it's irresponsible to not at least provide a warning to buyers who attempt to order art in a larger size than your file's resolution can accommodate. That was the beginning of my disappointment, since further inspection revealed that the print was not cut evenly with both the vertical and horizontal guide marks significantly offset from the edges that were cut, resulting in a visibly crooked, uncentered image. I believed these flaws significant enough to satisfy the "defective product" condition that would qualify for a return of the shipping price in a addition to the product price, which I pursued since the cost of shipping was itself comparable to the cost of the item, but the customer service representative repeatedly ignored my questions on qualifying for shipping refunds for over a month before ghosting me when I demanded a direct answer. This miserable experience with customer service was so drawn out I no longer have any working links to review either the item or review the "service" I received, so I am leaving a comment here to say that I will certainly never order from Fine Art America again and would advise anyone else to stay clear as well.
